DeGraffX, LLC is a Professional Services liaison, partnering with clients to document business processes in preparation for implementation -- specializing in land development systems; such as Enterprise Permitting and Licensing (formerly known as EnerGov) by Tyler Technologies, Inc.
DeGraffX, LLC is owned and operated by Carmelitta (Carm) DeGraffinreed, a Mathematical Sciences graduate of The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!). As the Project Manager (and Business Analyst for Data Conversion & System Integration) of a municipal organization in North Carolina, I worked with Tyler Technologies staff to complete the EnerGov implementation on-time and under budget.
The learnings from that experience coupled with over 25 years of IT experience (LAN Administrator, COBOL & LINC Developer, Development Team Supervisor, Business Analyst, Project Manager), DeGraffX provides “Carm-elized” project knowledge for translating operational process into documentation needed to configure a land development solution.
What is “Carm-elized”?
A term coined by a team member while working on an EnerGov implementation (Thanks B.S.!) In so many words, he said you take parts of this (methodology) and parts of that (concept), blending them together to fit the project situation.
